Aloo Gobi Fry

Aloo and Gobi cooked together by mixing onions and chillies with herbs and spices.

Cauliflower - 1

Potatoes - 1 sliced into big cubes

Onions - 1/2 finely chopped

Chillies - 3

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon

Salt

Methods/steps

Boil Cauliflower for 5 mts in salt water. Drain water and keep the cauliflower aside.

Boil Potatoes till they are half cooked. Peel the skin off and keep aside.

Take a pan. Add and heat sufficient oil. Fry onions till they turn golden brown. Add chillies too

Now add the potatoes, cauliflower. turmeric and salt and mix well.

Fry for 15 mts under medium flame.

At the end add Garam masala and fry for another two minutes.

Garnish with Coriander and Aloo Gobi fry is ready. Serve hot with rotis.
