Boneless chicken breasts - 2

Chillies - 8 slit into halves

Egg

Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

Maida - 1 tablespoon

Chilli sauce

Soy sauce

Ajinomoto

White pepper

Curd

Curry leaves

Pepper

Chilli powder

Cashew nut powder - 1 cup

Salt

Methods/steps

Making Boneless Chicken Finger Fries

  • Take chicken breast pieces and cut them horizontally. Pieces should be cut in the shape of finger fries.
  • In a bowl add a tablespoon of cornflour, a tablespoon of maid, 2 teaspoons of chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, sufficient chilli powder and salt. Mix everything into a fine paste by adding beaten egg.
  • Now add the chicken pieces and mix well.
  • In a kadai add sufficient oil for deep fry. Once heated add chicken pieces and deep fry them till chicken is properly cooked.
  • Keep them aside.

Making Gravy

  • In a pan add sufficient oil.
  • Once heated add chillies and let them splutter. Add curry leaves too.
  • Now add a cup of curd and do not stir till bubbles are formed.
  • Add little chilli sauce, soy sauce, pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces to the gravy and keep mixing till the gravy thickens.
  • At the end add cashewnut powder and serve hot.
