Mashed Chamagadda Fry - 1 cup prepared ( Click here for preparation)

Besan - 1 cup

Rice flour - 2 teaspoons

Baking soda - 3 pinches

Chilli powder

Salt

Ajwain - pinch

Oil

Methods/steps

Making Chamagadda (Arbi) Bondas

  • Mix besan, rice flour, baking soda, chilli powder, ajwain and salt in a bowl.
  • Mix well. Add sufficient water and make into a fine loose paste.
  • Now make small balls from the prepared mashed chamagadda fry.
  • In a saucepan add sufficient oil for deep fry.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Now dip the balls in the prepared sauce and fry in the oil.
  • Serve delicious Chamagadda bondas hot with peanut chutney.
