Chicken Chilli Kebab

Delicious chicken kebab spiced with spicy chillies.

Chicken leg piece - 1

Chillies - 10 slit into halves

Ginger garlic paste

Corn flour

Maida

Chilli sauce

Soy sauce

Eggs - 2

Ajinomoto

Methods/steps
1)

Beat an egg and keep aside.

Add 1 tablespoon cornflour, 1/2 tablespoon maida, sufficient chilli powder, salt, pinch of ajinomoto, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce and pinch of bush orange color into a bowl.

Mix all the above ingredients by adding egg.

Make slits on the leg piece so that the prepared paste is applied properly.

Apply the paste on the leg inside and outside.

Marinate for 3 - 4 hours.

Place chillies in between the chicken leg and cover again with the paste.

In a kadai add sufficient oil for deep fry.

Fry the prepared leg piece in the oil.

Meanwhile prepare a paste with 2 tablespoons cornflour, 1 tablespoon maida, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, pinch of ajinomoto, sufficient chilli powder, salt, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sacue by adding beaten egg.

Once the leg is half cooked remove from the oil and dip in the prepared sauce and add to the oil.

Fry till the masala is cooked and remove and reapply the coating.

Add to the oil and cook for 5 more mts.

Chicken leg piece is ready.

For Garnishing

In the remaining paste dip the chillies and fry in the oil. Apply double coating to the chillies and deep fry in the oil.

Delicious Chicken chilli kebab is ready.
