Chicken Cutlet

Cutlet made with boneless chicken. Cooked and mixed with mashed potatoe. Deep fried in oil.

Chicken (Boneless) - 250 gms

Potatoes - 2 Boiled and smashed

Onions - 1 finely chopped

Ginger Garilc paste - 1 tablespoon

Curd - 1 tablespoon

Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tablespoon

Cashews - 10 pieces

Chilli powder

Turmeric

Salt

Oil

Methods/steps

Clean chicken thoroughly and make into small pieces and keep aside.

Take a bowl. Add and heat sufficient oil and fry chopped onions till they turn golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and fry for 1 mt. Add chicken pieces, curd, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and mix well.

Cook till chicken becomes tender.

Add the prepared chicken curry to mixie jar and blend into a fine paste.

Meanwhile fry cashews and keep aside. Take a tava and add oil sufficient for deep fry. Heat oil under high flame.

Mix chicken paste with mashed potato. Add sufficient salt, chilli powder, cashews and mix well.

Now take a small chunk of paste and make a shape like patty and deep fry in oil under high flame for 4 mts.

Chicken patties are ready.
