Chineese Chicken 64
Ingredients
Chicken winglets - 5
Egg - 1
Chillies - 4 slit into halves
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Maida - 1 tablespoon
Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - few
Chilli powder
Ajinomoto
Tomato sauce
Lemon juice
Salt
Oil
Methods/steps
1)
- Beat an egg and keep aside.
- Add cornflour, maida, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, pinch of ajinomoto, 1 tablespoon white pepper, sufficient chilli powder and salt in a bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients by adding egg into a fine paste.
- Add the chicken winglet pieces and mix well.
- Add sufficient oil for deep fry in a kadai.
- Add the chicken winglet pieces and fry them till they are completely cooked.

- In a pan add two spoons of oil.
- Add chillies and curry leaves and let the chillies splutter for 2 mintues.
- Now add 2 cups of water. Add 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, pinch of ajinomoto, 1 teaspoon white pepper and little bit of salt.
- Add the prepared chicken winglet pieces and keep stirring till the water evaporates.
- Add lemon juice and serve chinese chicken 64 hot with chapathis.
