Coriander rice cooked with Coriander as a primary ingredient. Cooked with coriander paste deep fried in oil.

Rice - 2 cups

Coriander - 1 bunch

Onions - 1 finely chopped

Tomatoes - 1 cut into big slices

Chillies - 4

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Bay leaves - 2

Cinnamon - 1/4th stick

Biryani masala - 1 teaspoon

Methods/steps

Cook rice with 4 cups of water in a rice cooker. Cool the rice and keep aside.

Seperate coriander leaves from their stems.

Blend coriander leaves, tomatoes, chillies into a fine paste.

Take a bowl. Heat sufficient oil. Add cinnamon and bay leaves.

Add the chopped onion and fry them till they turn golden brown.

Now add the coriander paste, turmeric and sufficient salt and fry in oil for 5 mts.

Add the cooked rice and mix well. Add biryani masala powder and simmer the rice for 5 mts.

Delicious Coriander rice is ready...
