Chicken leg piece - 1

Corn flour

Maida

Egg

Ajinomoto

White pepper

Chilli sauce

Soy sauce

Orange color

Chilli powder

Salt

Methods/steps
1)

Beat an egg and keep aside.

Add one tablespoon cornflour, half tablespoon maida, pinch of bush orange color, sufficient chilli powder and salt, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon white pepper and a pinch of ajinomoto.

Mix all the above ingredients by adding egg into a thick and fine paste.

Take the leg piece and scrape the upper part of the leg so that the flesh part comes downwards.

Make slits on the flesh of the bone.

Dip in the prepared paste and keep aside.

Marinate for 4 - 5 hours.

Take two eggs. Separate white eggs from yolk. Add salt and pepper to the white egg. Beat the egg properly and keep aside.

In a kadai add sufficient oil for deep fry.

Dip the prepared leg piece in the oil and cook completely.

Remove the leg and dip completely in the white egg and add to the oil.

Cook for 5 more minutes and delicious drum chicken is ready.
