Egg curry made by adding tomatoes and onions.

Eggs  - 4

Onions - 1 finely chopped

Tomatoes - 1 chopped

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Chilli powder

Salt

Oil

Methods/steps
1)

Fry onions in a pan by adding sufficient oil.

Fry till onions turn light pink as shown.

2)

Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 mts.

3)

Slit the egg slightly with knife so that the masala enters the egg.

Add boiled eggs to the fried onions and tomatoes and mi x properly.

Add little water and cook till oil oozes out.

Delicious Egg curry is ready.
