Eggs - 4 boiled and cut into half

Onions -1 finely chopped

Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Chilli powder

Salt

Coriander

Oil

 

Methods/steps

Take a bowl and add sufficient oil.

Fry the onions till they turn golden brown. Now add the chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and fry them for 5 mts.

Now add sufficient chilli powder, salt and mix well.

Add the boiled eggs and mix well. Simmer the curry for 5 mts and serve delicious Egg curry hot with either chapathis or rice.
