Egg Milk curry

Egg curry cooked along with milk. Rich in proteins and is delicious.

Eggs - 5

Onions - 1 finely chopped

Chillies - 3 sliced

Elaichi - 1

Milk - 1 cup boiled

Water - 1 cup

Turmeric - 1 big pinch

Salt

Oil

Methods/steps

Take a big pan.

Add and heat sufficient oil.

Add elaichi, chopped onion and fry till the onion turns golden brown. Add turmeric, chillies and fry for two more minutes.

Add boiled milk and water. Cover with lid and cook for 5 mts.

Now break the egg and add on one side of the pan. Make sure the whole egg sits in one place. Do not scatter it.

Add the remaining eggs on all sides of the pan following the same procedure.

Now cover the pan with lid and cook for 10 mts.

Turn the eggs to other side and cook till the water is gone.

Take the curry in a seperate bowl and garnish with coriander.

Goes well with Chapathi's..
