Gongura Pachadi
Description
Delicious pachadi made with Gongura. Unique combination of chilli and sourness turns out to a mouth watering chutney.
Ingredients
Gongura (Sorrell) leaves - 1 cup
Chillies - 8 - 10 depending on taste
Zeera - few
Onions - 1 chopped into big pieces.
Salt - sufficient
Methods/steps
Making Gongura Pachadi
- In a bowl add gongura leaves and chillies.
- Add little water and cook till gongura is cooked.
- Grind them into a fine paste by adding sufficient salt.
- Take into a bowl. Add onions and mix well.
- Delicious Gongura pachadi is ready.

Additional Tips
This is for instant use only. Can not store for days together. Serve with pongal or upma for a breakfast.
