Whole milk - 1/2 litre

Sugar - 50 gms

Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Methods/steps

In a kadai add the whole milk.

Boil the milk. Once boiled add sugar.

Under high flame keep stirring the milk till the milk thickens.

At the end add ghee and take into a closed bowl and let it sit for 20 mts.

Take into a plate and delicious homemade Kalakand is ready.

Additional Tips

The reason behind cooling the sweet in a tight bowl is that it gets roasted in the bowl.

Depending on the bowl size the roasting level differs.
