Minapappu (Urad dal) - 2 cups

Onions - 2 finely chopped

Coriander - 1 cup chopped

Salt

Oil

Methods/steps

Soak minapappu (urad dal) overnight and blend into fine paste. Make sure the paste is thick.

While blending dont add too much water. Add 2 tablespoons of water. ( By adding more water, consistency gets loose and we cant make vadas).

Add finely chopped onions, cilantro and make the shape of vadas.

Take a bowl and add sufficient oil for deep fry.

Heat the oil and deep fry the prepared vadas.

Delicious vadas are ready and are made during every festival.
