Delicious fish roast made with Pamphlet fish (king of all fishes).

Pamphlet fish - 2 pieces

Eggs - 1

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Chilli powder

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Chilli sauce

Soy sauce

Corn flour

All purpose flour

Salt

For Garnishing

Methods/steps
1)

Take two pieces and make incisions on the fish with a knife as shown in the picture.

Make sure that fish is not cut completely.

Repeat the same procedure on both sides.

Take sufficient chilli powder,turmeric, ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon chilli sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 t ablespoon all purpose flour, egg, 1 teaspoon white pepper, pinch of ajinomoto, salt and one teaspoon bush orange color in a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well and make sure no lumps are formed.

Marinate the fish with the prepared masala paste for 5 - 6 hours.

Take the fish into your hands and slightly bend the fish. Rub the paste into the gaps so that the masala is applied properly.

Meanwhile take all the vegetables specified for garnishing.

Cut them horizontally and make thin long pieces.

Add 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon black pepper, salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice to the vegetables and mix properly and keep aside.

In a sauce pan add sufficient oil for deep fry and heat the oil.

Rub the masala on the fish and add the fish and fry till it is half cooked on both sides.

Take the fish aside into a strainer and slightly bend the fish as shown.

This ensures that the fish is being properly cooked.

6)

Now add the fish again to the oil and fry till the fish is properly cooked.

Garnish with the prepared vegetables and delicious Pamhlet fish fry is ready.
