Traditional North Indian Recipe Pav Bhaji made with fresh veggies. Serve hot with toasted Bread.

Onions - 2 finely chopped

Tomatoes - 1 finely chopped

Cauliflower - 1/2

Capsicum -1 finely chopped

Green Beans - 6 sliced

Carrots -2 sliced

Pav Bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon

Chilli powder

Garam Masala

Turmeric

Salt

Methods/steps

Boil Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots in a pressure cooker. Once cooked smash these vegetables into fine paste and keep aside.

Take a pan and add sufficient oil.

Add one finely chopped onions and fry them till they turn golden brown.

Add tomatoes, turmeric and fry for 3-4 mts.

Add the prepared vegetable paste, chopped capsicum, chilli powder, Pav Bhaji masala, Garam masala, salt and fry for 5 mts.

At the end add the second chopped onion and mix and serve hot with pav bhaji bread.

Every one at home thrives for this wonderful snack.
