Jaggery - 1 cup

Cashews - 1/4th cup

Bread - 4

Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Besan - 2 tablespoons

Methods/steps

Take a tava and add Ghee. Fry cashews in the ghee. Add Jaggery to the cashews. Fry for 5 mts till the whole jaggery melts and it becomes thick. It

Dont heat the jaggery for long time since it becomes hard. Turn off the flame once the jaggery becomes little bit thick.

Make small balls with jaggery mix and keep aside

Dip  bread in water and squeeze the bread to remove water. Keep the jaggery ball in the middle of the bread and cover it with the bread.

Mix Basin with water and make semi-solid.

Take a tava and add oil to deep fry.

Dip the bread balls in basin mix and deep fry in oil. Tasty tasty poornams are ready.
