Description
Fried peanuts mixed with sugar syrup.
Ingredients
Peanuts - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Maida - a pinch for white color
Methods/steps
Making Sugar Peanuts
- Fry peanuts in a pan without oil. Remove the skin and keep aside.
- In a bowl mix sugar and water. Heat the mixture and keep stirring till it reaches one thread consistency. Add maida at the end and mix.
- Add this syrup to the peanuts and keep mixing well.
- Delicious sugar peanuts are ready.
